Tirupati, 10 March 2016: TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao on Thursday instructed the concerned to enhance the quality of TTD call centres to further level using advanced technology and make it more pilgrim-friendly.
Reviewing on the functioning of call centre in his chambers in Tirupati on he said, every day on an average about 5000 calls are being received by the call centre staff from pilgrims hailing from various parts of the country and even abroad.
He said, the call centre staff should be updated on various developmental activities on TTD and should be trained in multi languages. He also instructed them to design a chart on FAQs.
Additional FACAO Sri Balaji, CIO Sri Sudhakar Bhaskaruni, IT HoD Sri Seshadri Reddy, Pro Dr T Ravi and call centre staffs were also present.
