Butterfly garden inaugurated at Sanjeevaiah Park

On the occassion of Telangana State Formation Day Butterfly Garden developed in Sanjeevaiah Park has been inaugurated by Hon'ble Ministers Sri. T.Srinivas Yadav, Sri. Laxma Reddy, Sri. A.  Indra Karan Reddy, Sri. Padma Rao, H.W Sri. B.Ram       Mohan, Mayor, GHMC and Sri. Fasiyuddin Baba, Dy. Mayor, GHMC

A brochure on the attractions of Sanjeevaiah Park was also unveiled by the guests. 

 Hussain Sagar Lake and its surroundings  has very bio diversity. A total number of 50 species of butterflies were recorded in and around Hussain Sagar Lake. In Sanjeevaiah Park with colourful range of shrubs, creepers and trees with flowers, attracts swarms of butterflies, at least 30-40 varieties.
