Vijayawada, 23 August 2016: The TTD has set a new milestone in social service by providing over 11.27 lakh anna prasadams to pushkar devotees at Krishna Pushkarams says the TTD Executive Officer Dr D Sambashiv Rao.
Speaking to media after participating in the Chakrasnanam at Padmavati Ghat on the concluding day of Krishna Pushkaram Dr Sambashiv Rao said in all the nine anna prasadam centers of Krishna and Guntur district the TTD has successfully provided quality and hygienic anna prasadams to pushkara devotees.
He also was all praise for the services rendered by the Srivari Sevaks in the anna prasadam distribution operations and appealed to more and more srivari sevaks to take part in the voluntary opportunity and beget the blessings of Lord Srinivasa.
He said the TTD has crossed a new mile stone by organising devotional and spiritual activities for benefit of PUshkara devotees not only at the model Srivari Temple but also at Amaravati (near Buddha statue), at Srikakulam on Krishna banks in Krishna district and also Alampur in Mahbubnagar of Telangana.
Nearly 2500 artistes including bhajan mandals, harikatha dasas, singers, dancers and purana pravachanadars and veda parayanadars etc had enthralled the pushkar devotees.They were all organised by the HIndu Dharma Prachara Parishad,Annamayya Project, Dasa Sahitya Parishad and also SV music and dance college.
He said devotees coming for Tirumala could book their darshan tickets online and beget blessings and darshan of Lord within three hours through e-darshan counters, post offices, etc.

Vijayawada, 23 August 2016: Five lakh pushkar devotees were provided comfortable Srivari Darshan at Model Srivari temple got up at the PWD grounds of Vijayawada for sake of Krishna Pushkaram, says Tirumala JEO Sri K S Sreenivasa Raju.
Speaking to media after participating in the Chakrasnanam at Padmavati Ghat on the concluding day of Krishna Pushkaram the TTD JEO said that the combination of Pushkaram holy bath and darshan of Lord Venkateswara had earned satisfaction of thousands of pious hindus.
He said the chief minister Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu had taken special interest and allocated the PWD grounds for the model Srivari temple which enhanced the spiritual and devotional glory of the Krishna Pushkaram.
The flowers and fruits exhibition, the photo, museum and ayurvedic displays besides the TTD publications stalls and sales counters had been a major hit among the pushkar devotees.
He also thanked and also patted all the TTD staff who had participated in Pushkaram programs and strived all these days to make it a grand success and brought name and fame to TTD per se.
