• TTD to develop all Sub temples

• TTD agenda to make sub temples also tourist spots, says TTD chairman
Tirupati, 23 December 2016: TTD plans to improvise and provide more facilities to devotees in all the sub temples under TTD management, says TTD Chairman Dr Ch Krishnmurthy.
He inspected the developmental activities at the Sri Prasanna Venkateswara at Appalayagunta and Sri Kalyana Venkateswara at Narayavanam in Tirupati along with officials and gave suggestions to make them more devotee friendly.
After participating in the abhishekam and inspecting the new Dwajasthambam erected at Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Temple in Appalayagunta the TTD chairman advised the Spl Gr DyEO Sri Muniratnam Reddy said number of Abisekham tickets should be increased.
He also reviewed the ongoing flooring and other engineering works at the temple and advised the officials to put up an RO plant in Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Temple to meet the drinking water needs of devotees. He also instructed them to prepare designs and plans to built Kalyana Mandapam within the four mada streets of the temple besides other needs like lighting, drainage canals, parking lots and toilets within the four mada streets of the temple.
Later he visited the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Temple at Narayanavanam and Sri Avanakshi Ammavari temple where he inspected all the engineering works under way and advised the chief engineer Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy to take up development works as desired by the locals.
The TTD chairman also visited the Shiva and Vaishnava temples at the nearby Thuburu village where he sought the support of locals to TTD to develop the temples in a big way as they had been receiving attention by lot many tourists.
Among others TTD EE Sri Venugopal, DE Sri Ravi Shankar Reddy, Chairman;s personal secretart Sri Giridhar participated in the inspection tour of the TTD chairman.
