Arrange Led Lights in Tirumala Before this Month end - TTD EO

Tirupati, 3 July 2017: TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal instructed the engineering wing officials to complete the arrangement of LED lights in Tirumala by July end.

The weekly review meeting with senior officers of TTD held in the chambers of TTD EO on Monday morning. The EO reviewed on various developmental activities with respect to various departments along with JEOs KS Sreenivasa Raju, P Bhaskar and CVSO  A Ravi Krishna. During the review meeting the EO instructed the procurement wing officials to go for qualitative paper plates for serving annaprasadam to pilgrims. The EO also directed the Annaprasadam wing officials to see that there is no wastage of food while serving to pilgrims waiting in compartments. 

With regard to sold waste management, the EO instructed the concerned to start the works immediately with the contractor. "The beautification works in Tirupati and Tirumala should be taken up and the greenery should be started on divides too to give enhanced look", he added.

 Pola Bhaskar to chalk out a plan to make use of TTD lands located in different states across the country. "Similar to Kosuvaripalli, a solar plant shall be started in the TTD land located at Nujiveedu in Krishna district with 8MW capacity", the EO said.

The other issues which were reviewed included construction of additional toilets in Srivari Mettu footpath route, RO plant in II and III chowltries in Tirupati for the sake of pilgrims, completion of ghee storage tank construction works in Tiruchanoor.

CE Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Balaji, SEs  Ramachandra Reddy,  Ramesh Reddy,  Venkateswarulu, GM Sesha Reddy were also present.
