Kattam

Sshivada Nair, who stole the show in NEDUNJAALAI and ADHE KANGAL, is creating a name for herself through her brilliant script selection and outstanding performances. She is all excited about her next release, a psychological thriller, KATTAM. Directed by MURAN fame Rajan Madhav, this movie is produced by Sandhya Jana under the banner 'Icreatewonderfilms'. This flick has new comer Nandan and Nivas playing the lead roles along with Sshivada Nair. 

Speaking about KATTAM, she said, " Kattam is a KARMIC thriller. This is entirely a new genre for the audience. 'What if the karma hits one back at the most unexpected time and manner for his massive wrong doings that affects the society in a huge way' is the crux of KATTAM. I was so impressed when director Rajan Madhav narrated the script to me. The whole genre was so new and irresistible. I could not stop myself from saying yes to this script, immediatly. He has such a clear vision about each and every character's start, development and the end. During the shoot he gave me such a lot of freedom to improvise and try out things , which I must say has come out so very well. My character in the movie is so bold with a lot of interesting aspects, shades and scope to it. I learnt a lot as an actor doing this role in KATTAM. 

I am sure the audience would not have experienced this kind of a movie/genre so far (Karmic thriller). This will be such a new experience for them. The script and the screenplay is so brilliantly written and shot. The twist and turns in the script will literally keep the audience at the edge of their seats . The whole cast and crew had to go through a lot of physical and mental strain to pull out this outstanding script. We worked like a team and family. My co actors Nandan and Nivas were very co operative and were always ready to go the extra mile to give the best. KATTAM will be a very special movie in my carreer as I expect a lot out of this superbly interesting project ".
