Eo Calls Emplyoees for Dedicated Services to Pilgrims on his I-Day Message

Tirumala, 15 Aug,2017: Remembering the great sacrifices of our national leaders who have given us the fruits of freedom and following their footsteps serving the multitude of visiting pilgrims with utmost devotion, is the best tribute which we can offer to them on this Independence Day, asserted TTD EO Sri AK Singhal.

During his Independence Day address in Parade Grounds behind TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Tuesday after hoisting the National Flag, the EO said, TTD is committed to offer best possible services to pilgrims. "The recently brought changes at Vendi Vakili in Tirumala has given good results and the pilgrims are having hassle free Darshan without any jostling. Similarly the help desks, milk distribution to infants in compartments, free telephone facility to pilgrims in compartments, Room Allotment system at CRO, Divya Darshan tokens in both footpath routes etc.have also been effectively implemented keeping in view the importance of the pilgrims", he added.

The EO also elaborated on the multiple tasks taken up by TTD including Renovation of 100 ancient Lord Venkateswara Swamy temples located in AP, construction of new temples in 500 SC, ST colonies across at an expenditure of Rs.25crores, Subhapradham, Srinivasa Kalyanams, Managudi, using the non-conventional energy resources, improvement of TTD hospitals with state of art equipment, revival of central library of TTD as "Divine Digital Knowledge Centre", etc.are a few to mention.

The EO further said that, all these socio-religious-educational-medical activities are possible with the dedication of the employees of TTD. I wish you all continue to work with the same spirit in future too", he aspired.

EMPLOYEES AND EPIC STUDENTS FELICITATED

TTD Employees hailing from various departments who excelled in their services were felicitated with 5gram silver medals on this occasion.

The students who stood in first, second and third places at state and district levels in Sanatana Dharmic exams organised by TTD were also felicitated.
