Managudi Gopuja Fete Observes

Tirupati, 14 Aug. 17: As a part of Managudi Gokulastami fete, Gopuja and Utlotsavam were observed across Telugu states with religious fervour on Monday, said Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar.

Managudi fete was observed in Sri Krishna Swamy temple at MR Palle in Tirupati. Speaking to media the JEO said, as a three fete, Managudi was observed in about 1250 mandals in two states. On first day and second day Alaya Sobha and Nagara Sankeertana were performed in these temples while on Monday, in 300 temples belonging to 294 cities in these two states Managudi Gopuja and Utlotsavam were observed in a big way. The Srivari Sevakulu and Dharmaprachara Mandali members were also involved in the respective areas, who rendered commendable services", he added.

HDPP Secretary Sri Ramakrishna Reddy took part in the Gopuja fete at MR Palle. Meanwhile in Chittoor district Gopuja was observed in over 14 temples.
