Addressing reporters at the Media center in Rambagicha rest house on Friday, he said, TTD has implemented IT related services to enhance efficiency as well transparency in many of its vital departments which has much pilgrim inter face. "IT has supported the premier user departments like Srivari temple, Reception, Srivari Seva in Public Relations, Vigilance and Security with reformed applications for better administration", he maintained.
IT APPLICATIONS REDUCES PILGRIM WOES
He said the IT applications in Divya darshan, Special darshan and Sarva darshanam were well organised without hiccups and hardships to devotees.
TRANSPARENT SERVICES
In the Reception department, nearly 4000 rooms were made available on two tier systems on first come first served basis improving allotment and occupancy levels in the cottage allotment systems. Similarly the IT has also enabled transparent distribution of laddus in Laddu complex. The smooth movement of pilgrim crowd was ensured, issue of duty passes, work allotments, ID cards etc. done with IT assistance", he observed.
TELUGU WEBSITE AND THREE DAY / FOUR DAY SEVA APPS.
"The launch of TTD website in Telugu version and improvised three-day, four-day slot for Srivari sevakulu are the two major IT applications successfully introduced during this Brahmotsavams", he added.
ENSURED ZERO BREAK DOWN OR ACCIDENTS DURING BRAHMOTSAVAMS
In the capacity of General Manager of TTD Transport wing, Sri Sesha Reddy asserted that the department regulated travel plans of devotees with specific route maps especially on Garuda seva.
"We ensured zero percent break downs or accidents by taking enough road safety measures during Brahmotsavams so far", he asserted.

Our fleet operation with 330 vehicles, Emergency Preparedness, Negotiation with APSRTC and Designing of Traffic Regulation Plan are the four major aspects efficiently death with to provide the best possible enhanced services to pilgrims during Brahmotsavams and especially during Garuda Seva", he maintained.
