Incident Free Brahmotsavams With The Blessings of lord and support of Piligrims - TTD Eo





Tirumala, 1 October 2017: With the benign blessings of Lord Venkateswara and with the co-operation of multitude of pilgrims, the annual Brahmotsavams of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala went off in a peaceful manner without any incident, said TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.

After the completion of Chakra Snanam, the EO briefed the media persons about the highlights of Brahmotsavams 2017 along with Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, CVSO Sri A Ravikrishna at Annamaiah Bhavan on Sunday.

He lauded the team work of TTD workforce, vigilance and security, APSRTC and Police towards the successful conduct  of the mega nine day religious event. "Our Tirumala JEO did a lot of exercise with all senior officers of various departments to chalk out the plan for Brahmotsavams with his experience from the past three months. Both our CVSO Sri Ravikrishna and Tirupsti Urban SP Sri Abhishek Mohanty worked together to make this fete an incident free in spite of huge pilgrim turn out", he complimented.

The EO also appreciated the services of Srivari Sevakulu, Scouts and Guides in offering services to pilgrims and the live coverage by SVBC where the mega event is being watched by millions of devotees across the globe. "The performance by different dance troops in front of vahanams is also commendable", he added.

"This year every activity has been documented and we will continue the same in future too to enhance our pilgrim services. This year we have launched the Telugu version of TTD website during Brahmotsavams and 3-day, 4-day Seva online Srivari Seva applications are also launched. Next month we will launch Tamil and Kannada versions also", he informed.

The EO also said, the Honourable CM of AP Sri N Chandrababu Naidu unveiled the 2018 TTD Calendar and Diary which are available in market both at Tirumala and Tirupati.
