Metlotsavam Observed by Dasaparas Braving Rain

Tirupati, 30 October 2017: Braving the showers, over 3000 Dasaparas hailing from AP, TN and Karanataka trekked the Alipiri footpath route chanting Govinda Keertans during wee hours on Monday and observed Metlotsavam in a grand manner.

 

The Traimasika Metlotsavam held with religious fervour at Alipiri Padala Mandapam. Udipi Kanyur mutt Pontiff HH Sri Sri Sri  Vidya Vallabha Teertha Swamiji who took part in this celestial fete said, this fete has been observed in connecton with the Tirunakshatrotsavam of Sri Vyasaraya Yateeswara. "Great acharya purushas trekked this footpath route and attained salvation. The Dasa Sahitya Project of TTD is continuing the same tradition which is laudable", he maintained.
