Cleanliness Gets Thumbs up in Padmavathi Ammavari Brahmotsavams

Tiruchanur, 22 November 2017: The devotees who thronged the pilgrim centre of Tiruchanoor to witness the vahana sevas of Ammavaru along four mada streets have appreciated the efforts of Health wing of TTD for maintaining cleanliness and proper hygiene in spite of heavy influx.

The Health Wing of TTD has deployed 550 sanitation works including 300 regular and another 250 additional manpower exclusively for the nine-day fete.

Apart from the four mada streets encircling the shrine, the workers also took care of Friday Gardens, Tollappa Gardens etc. 

The department under the supervision of Additional Health Officer Dr Sunil Kumar also arranged seven mobile toilets at different parking slots exclusively for Panchami Theertham. The Health Wing will distribute two lakh water packets on Pachami Theertham.
