TTD Eo Offers Silk Vastrams to Srirangam Temple

Tirumala, 30 November 2017: Following the tradition of offering silk vatrams on the auspicious Kaisika Dwadasi day to Sri Ranganatha Swamy in the famous Srivaishnavaite Shirne of Sri Rangam in Tamilnadu, TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal along with Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju presented the Pattu vatrams on Thursday.

The Sri Ranganatha Swamy temple, one of the most ancient temples, tops the list among the 108 Divya Desams dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple of Sri Rangam and Tirumala share a great bond in many respects being most revered temples in Sri Vaishnava cult. 

The Joint Commissioner Endowments and EO of the famous shrine Sri Jayaraman received TTD EO and JEO on their arrival to the temple. OSD Sri Seshadri, Bokkasam In-charge Sri Gururaja were also present.
