Kartheeka Deepotsavam Held in Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vaari Temple

Tirupati, 2 December 2017: Women devotees participated in large number and lighted Pramidas as part of the  Kartika Deepotsavam was grandly conducted by the TTD at the Sri Kapileswaralayam on the eve of the Krutika nakshatram this evening.

Speaking on the ocassion the Tirupati Joint Executive Officer Sri Pola Bhaskar said conduction of the Karteeka Deepotsavam at Sri Kapileswaralayam was part of an established tradition continued by the TTD from decades.

Earlier Deeparadhana was performed at Sanctum, temple gopuram, Kamakshi temple gopuram and Dwajasthambam and dyas were set up in a dazzling form of Shivalinga and Trishulam.

Among others TTD CVSO Sri Ake Ravikrishna, Temple DyEO Sri Subramanyam, AEO Shankar Raju and large number of devotees and temple officials participated in the event.
