Tirupati, 19 February 2018: TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal today said that online booking of TTD Kalyana mandapams should be underaken for all districts in a phased manner.
Addressing TTD IT officials during a review of the Online booking of TTD kalyana mandapams at the TTD admin building today TTD EO said henceforth every two months TTD kalyana mandapams in two districts will be brought online booking.
The EO also directed the officials to promote Srivari Bhakti literature by distributing TTD books at all district libraries.
Since the slotted Sarva Darshan (SSD)with time slots will commence from March 2nd week the EO advised officials to gear up installation of equipmens like IRIS scanner and bio metric to speed up the processing at all counters.
He also asked the Electricity Dept to ensure underground laying of power lines and guard against any power outages and short circuit damages. He also advised that sign boards in several south indian and north indian languages be put up all over Tirumala with assistance of Srivari Sevakulu. He also urged the Engineering dept officials to remove all obstacles in the path of devotees when they all let off from Vaikuntham Que Complex for Srivari darshan inside the temple.
The EO also wanted the officials to get a report from the experts of BHEL for setting up a model Boondi complex in Tirumala in addition to the existing one.
The EO also wanted a a thorough compilatin of TTD assets, infrastructure and goods in the (Tools and Plants) register.
