Kalyana Vedika Gets Ready to Host Divine Wedding at Vontimitta

Vontimitta, 28 March 2018:  With just a day left for the grand celebration of Sita Rama Kalyanam at Vontimitta, the Kalyana Vedika was beautifully decked up to celebrate the divine wedding on March 30.

To render services to the devotees the services of 1200 Srivari Sevakulu and 800 Scouts are going to be utilised for this fete.

On the big day elaborate arrangements of annaprasadam, buttermilk, water, toilets and security have been made for the convenience of the devotees who flood to witness the celestial marriage. TTD has also erected 24, giant LED screens for the sake of the devotees to witness the grand wedding. 

TTD has set up 230 temporary toilets and deployed 350 additional sanitation staff  exclusively for the occasion. About 200 Annaprasadam counters are set up. Six lakh butter milk packets, three lakh water satchets will be distributed on the occasion. 

OFFICIALS INSPECT

As Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu is taking part in the kalyanam the district collector Babu Rao Naidu along with SP Bapuji Attada, JC  Siva Reddy and RDO Rajampeta Veera brahmam and inspected the arrangements at Kalyana Vedika on Wednesday.
