Rates Card Must in Hotels - TTD CVSO

Tirumala, 5 March 2018: The display of menu card with rates for the information of pilgrims should be must in all hotels failing which serious action will be taken, instructed TTD CVSO A Ravikrishna.

The top cop of TTD inspected some hotels in Tirumala on Monday. Speaking on this occasion, the CVSO said, if the hotels failed to display the rate cards for menu outside, the pilgrims can immediately lodge a complaint in TTD call centre 0877-2233333. He instructed the owners of the hotels to serve qualitative food with reasonable rates. Later he interacted with the pilgrims about the quality of food served to them at different hotels.
