Consecration of Srivari Idol in Srinivasa Temple at Tiruchanoor

Tiruchanoor 25 April 2018 ; The Vigraha Sthapana programme was held in Sri Srinivasa Temple at Tiruchanoor on Wednesday.

Series of rituals including Vimana Kalasa Sthapana, Garudalwar Vimana Kalasa Sthapana were performed in the morning and Rajagopura Kalasa Sthapana in the evening after performing homams.

On April 26 there will be consecration of the idols of Goddess, Alwars and Sayanadhivasam and Mahashanti Homam to Srivaru, while on April 27 there will be Mahasamprokshanam between 9am and 10am.

TTD has taken up the development of this ancient temple with Rs.5crores.
