H.E. Mr. Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan along with delegation from Tatarstan met Hon'ble Governor Sri E.S.L. Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. Governor held discussions with the visiting dignitary on subjects of mutual interest. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan, evinced keen interest in exchange of cooperation with both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States.
