Mahapurnahuti and Kumbabhishekam Performed in Sri Srinivasa Temple

Tiruchanoor, 27 April 2018: Mahapurnahuti and Maha Kumbhabhishekam were performed in Sri Srinivasa Temple in Tiruchanoor on Friday.

As a part of this religious event, special Rituals including Chatustarchana, Sikhara Pratista, Garudalwar Pratista, Maha Nivedana, Mangalaharati, Mantrapushpam, Sattumora were performed.

Meanwhile, according to legend, this 300 year old temple was developed by Sri Madabhusi Ananta Sayanam Ayyangar who discharged plum posts as Governor of Bihar and Speaker of Lok Sabha. 

Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan on the auspicious Vaikuntha Ekadasi day is most important event in this temple. Those who could not make it out to Tirumala temple will satisfy with the darshan of Sri Srinivasa at Tiruchanoor.
