TTD JEo Inspects ANC and Saptagiri Satralu

Tirumala, 17 April 2018: Tirumala JEO SKS Sreenivasa Raju on Monday inspected Sapthagiri Satralu and ANC areas in Tirumala to assess the services of srivari sevakulu.

He interacted with Sevakulu both at ANC and Sapthagiri Satralu reception counter and learnt from them the mode of services they are discharging. 

The team from Medak and Visakhapatnam who are deployed in respective areas said that they take the details of total number of family members and mobile number, then allot the room and check the rooms after vacated by the Pilgrims.

The JEO also received feedback from the Pilgrims and sevakulu. He immediately instructed the concerned officials to install computers in the registration Counters and train the sevakulu to enter Pilgrims data in computer instead of manual operation.
