Continuous Monitoring on Pilgrim Facilities - TTD Eo

Tirupati, 16 Feb. 19: TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal instructed the officials to monitor round the clock on the amenities that are being provided to pilgrims in Tirumala.

During the senior officers coordination meeting held at conference hall in TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Saturday evening, the EO said, a cell need to be constituted with staff of all major departments to monitor continuously over the food, water, sanitation and other amenities.

A team of officers need to be constituted to monitor the time taken for Slotted sarva darshan, divya darshan and special entry darshanam. If lapses are identified that need to be sorted out immediately", he added.

He also instructed the concerned to put correct information on LED screens installed in the compartments.

Later the EO also reviewed on the civil and other development works in Sri Kodanda Ramalayam at Vontimitta in Kadapa district. He directed the concerned to complete all the works in stipulated time. He also instructed the electrical wing to enhance lighting in all local temples and the forest wing to improve greenery.

The EO said that the online booking of accommodation should be introduced in Sri Padmavathi Nilayam complex which is set ready for inauguration.

Tirupati JEO Sri B Lakshmikantham, Sri Gopinath Jetti, DyEO General Smt Gourami, CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, FACAO Sri Balaji, Estates Officer Sri Vijayasaradhi, GM Sri Sesha Reddy and others were also present.
