Tiruchanoor Piligrims Amenities Complex to have Mini Museum





Tirupati, 4 February 2019: The new Pilgrim Amenities Complex (PAC) which is set ready at Tiruchanoor will have a mini museum to showcase the grandeur of Tirumala, Tirupati and Tiruchanoor soon.

During the senior officers meeting held at TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati, the EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal said, the Tirumala museum should be developed in a phased manner while the one Tirupati should be revived as a historical structure, he instructed the concern. He also said, one mini museum shall also be planned at the upcoming Sri Padmavathi PAC in Tiruchanoor.

As the summer holidays will be approaching in couple of months, the EO instructed the concerned officers to make arrangements to ensure that there is no scarcity of water, shortage of laddus etc. for the pilgrims. He directed that a separate special cell need to be set up in Vaikuntham Queue Compelx with all the departments to feed relevant information viz.releasing time of compartments, menu of annaprasadams, about laddu prasadams etc. in the LED display screens for better understanding of the pilgrims, he maintained.

Akin to Chittoor District, where all TTD Kalyana Mandapams are made online, the same system need to be developed to others also located across the country, he instructed. He directed all the senior officers who are also allotted one local temple to see overall development, should visit their respective temples regularly and prepare an action plan on their observations, he added.

JEOs Sri K S Sreenivasa Raju, Sri P Bhaskar, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jetti, CE Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy, FACAO Sri Balaji were also present.
