Better Services to Devotees Thru Call Centres - TTD JEo


Tirupati, 1 Mar. 19: The TTD Joint Executive Officer Sri B Lakshmikantham today directed officials to adapt latest technology in the call centres to provide faster and quality services.

Reviewing the Call Centre functioning the TTDs Adm Building on Friday, the JEO said. Call centre should provide latest information to enquiries by devotees from all over world by gathering dynamic data from all other departments.
He said integrated compliant responsive system should be deployed to gather information from all departments and utilise suggestions and grievances of devotees. Systems and applications are deployed to send alerts to departments on complaints.

Tne JEO said there should be online updating of all subscribers address, phone and email ids of Sapthagiri magazine regularly to provide good services to them.

TTD IT department head Sri Sesha Reddy, AEO of Call centre Sri Ananda Raj, EDP OSD Sri Venkateswarlu Naidu, Call centre staff and others participated.
