Tirupati, 12 Mar. 19: Joint Executive Officer Sri B Lakshmikantham on Tuesday directed officials to utilise state of art technology to deliver faster, responsible, comprehensive and user friendly information to scores of devotees.

Reviewing the functioning and infrastructure of the Call centre at the TTD Administration building on Tuesday the JEO exhorted the Call centre staff to quickly resolve the queries by devotees calling from all over the world.

Gather information from all concerned departments on the grievances raised by devotees and provide a complete and satisfactory response at a quicker pace 

He directed the IT officials to ensure the queries of devotees are forwarded to concerned departments and responses are made available at the Call centre.

The JEO said the TTD officials should frequently gather all informations on TTD programs by adapting the Integrated Complaint Responsive System to keep devotees well informed.

He directed officials to function effectively to reduce the number of complaints at the TTD rest houses.

TTD chief engineer Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional CVSO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, Spl Gr DyEO Smt Parvathi, OSD Anna Prasadam, Sri Venugopal, DyEOs Smt Jhansi Rani, Sri Balaji, Smt Nagaratna, Smt Lakshmi Narasamma and other officers were also present.
