Lord Rama Rode Mada Streets in Venugana Alankaram

Vontimitta, 14 Apr. 19: In a spectacular and glittering vahanam on the day-2 of the ongoing Brahmotsavams of Sri Kodandarama Swamy temple at Vontimetta, Lord Rama spellbound devotees as he rode on mada streets in the Venugana alankaram.

Devotees in thousands braved the summer heat in this Historic town in Kadapa district to witness the celestial event and offered haratis to beget Lord's darshan and blessings.

Later the utsava idols were offered the Agama ritual of snapana thirumanjanam in the afternoon and also grand unjal seva in the evening.

At night Lord Rama rode on Hamsa Vahanam signaling that he always blessed devotees who were honest and sincere in Bhakti path and devotion to him.

DyEO Sri Natesh Babu, AEO Sri Rama Raju other temple priests and large number of devotees participated in the celestial event.
