Garuda Seva Held

Tirupati, 15 May 19: On the fifth day evening on Wednesday, Garuda Vahana Seva of Sri Govindaraja Swamy was held with utmost devotion and religious ecstacy in the temple city of Tirupati.

The Lord seated majestically on His favorite carrier Garuda Vahanam was taken on a celestial ride along the four mada streets encircling the ancient shrine.

Every inch of the roads have been occupied by devotees who rendered haratis chanting Govinda...Govinda at the very sight of lord on Garuda Vahana.

Earlier the procession of Golden Padalu was held which commenced at Komalamma Satram and reached the temple.

Lord dazzled on Garuda Vahanam in all His splendour wearing these golden padalu and other precious ornaments which were presented from Tirumala temple.

Pedda Jeeyar Swamy, Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, ACVSO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, Special Grade DyEO Smt Varalakshmi, AEO Sri Uday Bhaskar Reddy and others participated.
