TTD Dog Squad Excelled at Mangalagiri

Tirupati, 16 May 19: The eight member TTD dog squad has won laurels at the Mangalgiri battalion Center near the capital Amaravati after their training session with 30 other dogs from all over the state. Among them Shimba won first prize and Virat bagged third prize 

These canines of Belgium Belasis family have been bought by TTD when they were pups and trained at the Mangalagiri battalion centre for nine months in detecting explosives, and tracking anti-social elements.

The TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal applauded the dog squad staff at the TTD administrative building this morning and also patted the award-winning dogs.

CVSO Sri Gopinath Jetty, Additional CVSO Sri Shiv Kumar Reddy, Dog squad incharge Sri Natasekhar Reddy and others participated.
