Varuna Japam Concludes in Kapilateertham Temple

Tirupati, 18 May 19: The five day Varuna Japam-Parjanya Shanti Yagam mulled by TTD in the famous Lord Siva temple at Kapilatheertham in Tirupati concluded on a grand religious note on Saturday.

Every day 32 Ritwiks performed the Varuna Japam with utmost dedication and devotion as prescribed in vedas standing in the sacred waters of Kapilatheertham from 9am to 12 noon.

First day Ganapathi Puja, Second day Navagraha Puja and Rushyasringa Puja, Third day Theertharaja Puja and Shanti Puja, Fourth day Kareeri Isthi Puja and Jala Puja and on final day on Saturday Shanti Homam with Maha Purnahuti were performed.

TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal ,CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, Temple DyEO Sri Subramanyam, Peishkar Sri Lokanatham, AEO Sri Nagaraju, OSD Sri P Seshadri, Bokkasam In-charge Sri Gururaja were also present.
