Galtha

Far-famed for couple of unique plot driven films like ‘Theru Naaigal’ and ‘Padithavudan Kizhithuvidavum’, filmmaker S.Hari Uthraa gears up for his third outing titled ‘Galtha’. Bankrolled by Malarkodi Ragupathy, Usha and S. Hari Uthraa for Malar Movie Makers and I Creations, the film has Siva Nishanth, Merku Thodarchi Malai fame Antony,  Ayraa, Divya, Gajaraj, SMT Karunanidhi, kaka muttai sasi, suresh, muthuveera, Pazhaya Joke Thangadurai and Raja Simman in title roles.

While speaking about the film’s gist, director-producer Hari Uthraa.S says, “The film will deal with one of the most poisonous crisis that is prevailing in our neighborhood, which is about Tamil Nadu being used as a place for illegal deposit of medical wastes from the neighboring states with the support of some corrupt politicians. We have tried projecting the impact that it leaves on people and how they are physically affected without knowing the reason will be shown with dramatic elements.”

K. Jai Krish is composing music for this film and B. Vasu is handling cinematography. Muthu Muniyasamy (Editing), Kotti (Stunts), Suresh (Choreography),  Inba Art Prakash (Art),  Blesson (Designs), Pa. Laxman (Stills), Kaviperarasu Vairamuthu-Kuwait based Kavignar Vidyasagar (Lyrics),  Music director Deva, Madhu Balakrishnan, Senthil-Rajalakshmi,  and Gaana fame Isaivaani (Playback Singers) are the major technicians involved in the film.
