Hon'ble Governor met PM and Union Home Minister on 15.10.2019

Hon’ble Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan has met  Hon’ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi and Hon’ble Union Minister for Home Sri Amit Shah at New Delhi on today.  She said, the Prime Minister has appreciated several unique initiatives taken by the Raj Bhavan, Hyderabad.

The Governor said, she had submitted a report to the Prime Minister of India on various initiatives taken up in Rajbhavan like implementation of plastic free, organizing Yoga classes, blood donation camp through Indian Red Cross Society etc., all.   In her 40 minutes meeting with the Prime Minister, the Governor has informed about her participation in several social programmes in the state.

 
The Governor also handed over a recent publication on Bathukamma festival to Prime Minister and Home Minister which has been organized for five days in Rajbhavan with a traditional fervor and gaiety.
