Tirupati, 15 Oct. 19: TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal on Tuesday directed the officials concerned to provide an advanced version of computers and other electronic gadgets useful for the pupils in all the TTD educational institutions by next academic year.
During the Internal Audit meeting held at the Conference Hall in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Tuesday evening, the EO said, the students should improve their academic skills by best utilizing these gadgets, he opinioned.
Later, he directed the officials of the publications wing of TTD to print more books that depicts the glory of Tirumala history and laurels of Sri Venkateswara Swamy as there is a huge demand among the public from all corners of the country as well across the globe. A catalog of all TTD publications needs to be displayed on our website for the information of the devotees along with barcoding", he added.
He also instructed the concerned to avoid wastage of paper in TTD Press. Later he directed the IT wing to come out with an exclusive application on Hospital Management and to levy penalty on the drug supplying companies if they violate the guidelines.
The EO directed the JEO Sri P Basant Kumar to organise video conference with the staff concerned in a regular way to monitor the activities pertaining to various TTD Information Centres located at Bengaluru, Chintamani, Hosur, Bangaru Tirupati in Karanataka. The information updates with respect to TTD Trusts and Schemes, Tirumala updates etc.should be made available in all these centres", he maintained.
CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, Auditors Sri Narasimha Murthy, Sri Sarat, FACAO Sri Balaji, Additional FACAO Sri Raviprasadudu, CAO Sri Sesha Sailendra and other officials were also present.
