Second day of Bathukamma celebrations at Rajbhavan

On the second day of Bathukamma celebrations at Rajbhavan, women journalists and lawyers participated along with the Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said Bathukamma festival is a floral festival and it is the festival for feminine felicitation.  

On this happy occasion she said, "she would like to sing an all time record song in Telugu and sang melodiously a few lines of it amidst audience applause. 

The song goes like this :

"Okkesi Puvvesi Chandamama,

Rasi Kalupudam

Raave Chandamama"
