Chandi Yagam Begins

Tirupati, 5 Nov. 19: Chandi yagam commenced in Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple on Tuesday as a part of the ongoing month-long Karthika Homa Mahotsavams.

The Homam was performed in Yagashala in a ceremonious manner amidst the chanting of Vedic mantras by temple priests.

The Homam will be observed for the next nine days till November 13.

Temple DyEO Sri Subramanyam, Superintendent Sri Bhupati and others were also present.
