Chief Priest takes charge of Malikappuram temple

Paramaswaran Nampoothiri, a native of Parakkadavu Madavanu, Puliyanam, Aluva, takes charge as the Melsanthi (Chief Priest) of Malikappuram temple. He was initiated as the chief priest in a ritual conducted at the temple in the morning. Kalakabhishekam under the auspicious guidance of Tantri Kandararu Mahesh Mohanaru also took place at the temple on Saturday morning. The delay in the ordination of Chief Priest of Malikappuram was delayed due to Parameswaran Nampoothiri's kin's death. The poojas at Malikappuram temple will be done from here on under the guidance and leadership of Parameswaran Nampoothiri.
