Sharing the news, director Dennis says, “We came across lots of challenging situations in our first schedule, which involved heavy rain and flood in forest. However, we had to pull off the things as planned without making any compromises,” and continues to bring upon an unforgettable experience of facing a Tiger at shooting locale. “This was something, we really didn’t expect and it was a shocking scenario to face a Tiger out there. Thanks to the local dwellers and forest officers, who ensured complete safety to us and made sure that the shooting is done without any hassles. If not for the support and dedication of artistes, this would have not been possible.”
While the shooting experience had been loaded with such challenges, Dennis admits that it was Yogi Babu and Karunakaran, who played the perfect amusers. “They were real stress busters on the sets and we really enjoyed their presence at shooting spot. I am sure; audiences will get entertained to the core with their portions in the movie.”
Speaking about others in the star-cast, he continues, “Praveen has done a wonderful job here and it was surprising to see him perform some breathtaking stunts without any dupes. I am pretty confident that “Trip” will be a comeback film for Sunaina. Her dedication and performance is amazing. Despite the tough situations on the shooting spot, she never gave up her smile and was so friendly to everyone on the sets. VJ Rakesh, Athulya Chandra, Lakshmi Priya, Kalloori Vinoth, VJ Siddhu, Jennifer & Rajesh have given their best into the roles.”
The team will go on with full swing shoot in Talakona and Kodaikanal and will be wrapping up the shoot by end of November with plans to release the movie in January 2020. The technical team includes Siddhu Kumar of Sivappu Manjal Pachai fame (Music), Udhay Shankar (Cinematography), Deepak (Editing), Bhakyaraj (Art) and Danger Mani (stunts).
