Srinivasa Mangapuram, 13 Feb. 20: A traditional ritual which is considered to be most significant during any festival as per Vaikhanasa Agama, the Ankurarpanam also known as Beejavapanam was conducted in Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram on Thursday evening.
Earlier during the daily morning rituals and Viswaroopa darshan were performed and later in the evening, Mritsangrahanam and Senadhipati utsavam were conducted at the temple as a prelude fete to Ankurarpanam.
DyEO Sri Yellappa, AEO Sri Dhananjayudu superintendent, Sri Chengalrayulu, temple inspector Sri Anil Kumar and other officials participated.
The Brahmotsavams Vahana Sevas will kickoff after Dwajarohanam on Friday in Meena Lagnam after the Tiruchi utsavam. In the evening, unjal Seva and the Pedda Sesha Vahanam will be observed.
In view of Brahmotsavams, TTD has cancelled all arjita sevas on all nine days and schedule of vahana sevas are as follows:

22-02-2020 (Saturday) Chakra snanam and Dwajavarohanam
The artists of cultural wings of TTD including HDPP and Annamacharya Projects will render Bhakti sangeet, harikatha, kolatas and bhajans during all these nine days of Brahmotsavams.
