Kumaradharaa Theertha Mukkoti on 9th March

Tirumala, 8 Mar. 20: The important torrent festival of Sri Kumaradhara Theertha Mukkoti will be observed in Tirumala on March 9 on the occasion of Phalguna Pournami on Monday.

Tirumala and Seshachala hills account for countless holy springs and Kumaradhara is one of the prestigious and holiest among them.

Venkatachala Mahatyam refers to only 26 thirthams in which bathing provides Mukti to devout people and Kumaradhara tops the list.
