Somesh Kumar,IAS., Chief Secretary to Govt. participated in a Video Conference held by Shri Rajiv Gauba,IAS., Cabinet Secretary, GoI

Union Cabinet Secretary Shri Rajiv Gauba held a video conference with nine states and took stock of the prevailing corona virus situation in their states.  He reiterated the need for increased testing, systematic enforcement of containment measures, clinical management and increased communication through awareness campaigns.

Chief Secretary of Telangana,  Shri Somesh Kumar IAS said that the state government has achieved significant improvement in testing, tracing, isolation and quarantine measures as well as increasing human resources and ramping up infrastructure.  Secretary Health, Medical  and Family Welfare Shri SAM Rizvi  also participated in the video conference
