Gokulashtami Govu Pooja at Sri Venkateswara Goshala

 

Tirupati, 12 Aug. 20: The Go-Puja Mahotsavam at SV Goshala on the occasion of Gokulashtami was observed in a simple manner following COVID guidelines.

 

After the archakas tied the traditional Parivattam, the TTD EO garlanded the cow and its calf at the Go-puja mandir amidst chanting of Vedic mantras. Thereafter he offered fodder and grass to the bovine and performed circumambulation.

 

TTD Goshala Director Dr Harnath Reddy SE 1 Sri Jagdeeswara Reddy, VGO Sri Bali Reddy also participated.
