Tirupati, 2 Nov. 20: Ahead of the Sri Padmavati Ammavari annual Brahmotsavam from Nov 11-19, the TTD is organising temple cleansing ceremony of Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam on November 3.
As per COVID-19 guidelines, the program will be observed in ekantham by temple Archakas and TTD staff only.
Earlier in the day Koil Alwar Thirumanjanam will be performed with Desi herbs and perfumed waters all over the temple including walls, corridors, roof, puja materials etc.
ANKURARPANAM ON NOVEMBER 10
TTD is organising Ankurarpanam ceremony on November 10 mornings for the annual Brahmotsavam. As part of the same Laksha kumkumarchana is conducted in the afternoon followed by Punya Havachanam, Raksha bandhan, Senadhipati utsava and Ankurarpanam at the yagashala.
Pushpa yagam will be performed on November 20.
