Tirumala, 24 Dec. 20: All arrangements are in place for Vaikunta dwara darshanam which commences with Vaikuntha Ekadasi on December 25 onwards, said the TTD Chairman Sri YV Subba Reddy on Thursday evening.
Speaking to reporters at the Annamaiah Bhavan along with TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy and Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, the TTD Chairman, said the Vaikunta Dwara Darshan for common devotees who had booked their online tickets will commence from 7.30am onwards.
He said the TTD board had decided to provide 10 day long Vaikunta Dwara Darshan to devotees this year after prolonged consultations with Jeeyarswamijis, Agama advisors and Pontiffs of various Mutts across the country.
The TTD Chairman said after the lockdown and as per COVID-19 guidelines the TTD resumed daily Srivari Darshan to 5000 devotees from June 8 and now nearly 35,000 devotees are begetting Srivari Darshan and blessings.
He said as it is Friday, the Dwara Darshanam on Vaikuntha Ekadasi day commences only after weekly Abhisekam followed by darshan for VIPs and Srivani Trust donors from 4am onwards and thereafter for common devotees from 7.30 am.
He appealed that all devotees should follow Covid guidelines and beget blessings of Lord Venkateswara.
