Graand Kaka Bali Ritual Held at Srivari Temple

Tirumala, 15 Jan. 21: As part of the annual Kanuma festival, the traditional practice of Kaka Bali was performed at the Srivari temple on Friday morning.

 

The ritual of Kaka Bali was conducted at 3.30 am between Tomala Seva and Koluvu at the temple which included an offering of cooked rice separately mixed with turmeric and vermilion and offered to Sri Vimana Venkateswara in the Ananda Nilaya Gopuram.

 

Temple DyEO Sri Harindranath and other officials were present.
