TTD Cancels Ramakrishna Teertha Mukkoti in View of Covid

Tirumala, 22 Jan. 21: In view of continuing COVID 19 pandemic situation, TTD has cancelled the conduct of Sri Ramakrishna Theertha Mukkoti which is scheduled on January 28, on the auspicious day of Pournami.

 

As per the Central and State Government Covid guidelines, though some of the restrictions were relaxed in the recent Unlock guidelines, the restrictions are still continuing on opening up of swimming pools for the public in view of the continued pandemic situation. 

 

 

Keeping in view the health security of devotees, TTD has also decided to cancel this annual torrent ritual which is scheduled in the last week of January as hundreds of devotees usually trek and take bath in this waterfalls every year on this auspicious day.
