2922 Children Administered Pulse Polio Drops

Tirumala, 31 January 2021: The TTD Chief Medical Officer Dr AB Narmada commenced administration of pulse polio drops to children in front of Tirumala temple on Sunday.

 

Dr Suharlatha, Dr Kusuma Kumari and other paramedical staff were also present. 

 

After the completion of the polio drops administration program on Sunday evening by 6pm, Dr Narmada said a total of 2922 children were administered Polio drops on the first day at Tirumala.

 

She said TTD has set up 25 polio camps from 7am to 6pm including one at Srivari temple, 20 at various locations and 4 exclusively for locals.

 

On Monday and Tuesday also the Pulse Polio Drops administration program will continue at Tirumala.
