All projects in TTD should take up their dharmic activities to the village level and enlighten the youth about the great tenets of Sanatana Hindu Dharma, said TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy.
A review meeting was held with the heads of All Dharmic Projects of TTD in EO's chamber in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, the EO said, the essence of Vedas and our epics should reach a common man and arrangements shall be planned accordingly.
EO directed for constituting Dharmic Committees to take Dharma Prachara programmes in an extensive manner at the village level. Following the advice of the Committee, devotional programmes shall be planned at the Village level to take forward Dharmic activities, he said.
A calendar of events shall be chalked out by each project to take forward dharmic programmes in an effective manner at the village level in coordination with district administration of the respective areas.
He said the Experts Committee needs to be constituted in every project and research shall be taken in a big way. All the project offices should be situated in one building for administrative convenience and directed officials to identify an appropriate place for the same.
The details of Dasaparas, Bhajana Artists, Srivari Sevakulu and other voluntary personnel shall be collected and all of them to be involved in the Dharmic activities of TTD, he suggested.
For the benefit of the society, there is a dire need to extensively propagate our Vedas. The present figures of 1400 Veda Parayanamdars who are available across the country need to be enhanced so that Dharmic activities shall be taken up in a massive way across the villages, the EO felt.
Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, SVBC CEO Sri Suresh Kumar, IT Chief Sri Sesha Reddy, Heads of All Dharmic Projects of TTD were also present.
