tricycle to a fluorosis-affected girl.
The

An
NRI Jalagam Sudheer has posted the same tagging the Governor in twitter. He
also narrated the plight of the differently-abled girl.
Impressed
by the painting skill of the girl, who despite her highly restricted hand
movement came up with a good painting, the Governor invited her and her parents
to the Raj Bhavan.
