Spectacular Vishnu Archanam at Vasantha Mandapam

As part of Ashada Masa spiritual programs conducted by TTD for good of humanity, Vishnu Archanam was performed at the Vasanta Mandapam on Tuesday morning on the eve of Ashada Shukla Ekadasi 8.30am and 10am that was telecasted live by the SVBC channel.

 

According to puranic legends the worship of Sri Maha Vishnu on the Ashada Shukla Ekadasi was very significant among the 24 Ekadasis in a year. Purana Pundit Sri Ramakrishna Sheshasayi narrated the importance of the puja and the chanting of Sri Krishna Mula Mantra. On this occasion, the Gayatri mantra was recited for 24 times. And Pushparchana with Tulasi was rendered chanting Sahasranamarchana.
