TTD Anna Prasadamin Pushkarams and Festival Gatherings Too - TTD Eo




TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy has directed officials to provide delicious, tasty and clean Anna Prasadam to all devotees coming to Tirumala for Srivari darshan.

 

Addressing a review meeting with officials of Anna Prasadam Trust at the TTD administrative building on Friday evening the TTD EO asked officials to increase the quantity of vegetables in the Anna Prasadam provided to devotees at the Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamamba Anna Prasadam Bhavan with different menus for the afternoon and night meals.

 

He also instructed officials to enforce a dress code for Anna Prasadam Complex staff like aprons, caps and gloves. He said that both cooks and serving staff should be provided training in standard hospitality institutions on the art of how to address devotees and serve food to them.

 

He directed officials to buy modern equipment for the kitchen and serving at the dining halls. He also asked them to cross-check the quality of cooking material like rice, pulses, edible oils, ghee and vegetables to ensure the provision of quality Prasadam to devotees.

 

He also directed officials to prepare plans to provide TTD Anna Prasadam at mega religious events like Pushkarams and festivals in the entire South Indian states.

 

Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi, FA& CAO Sri O Balaji, Additional CVSO Sri Ravi Prasadudu, Anna Prasadam Dyeo Sri Harindranath, Catering Officer Sri GLN Shastri and others were present.
