Sixth Convocation of Sri Venkateswara Vedic University on 28th October

Tirupati, 27 October 2021: The Sixth Convocation of Sri Venkateswara Vedic University for the year 2019-20 batch of students will be held on October 28 at 11.30 am in the Yagashala of the University.

The Chancellor of the University and Honourable Governor of Andhra Pradesh His Excellency Sri Biswabusan Harichandan will virtually preside over the session. The Vice-Chancellor of the University Acharya Sannidhanam Sudarshan Sharma will present the annual report of the University and also the keynote address of the convocation.

The University was established by TTD and recognized by UGC imparted courses in Vedanga, Veda Bhashya, Agama, and Paurohityam. At the convocation 122 graduates, 46 Masters, 2 M.Phil, and 11 Ph.D. achievers shall be presented their certificates.

The highlight of the convocation is the presentation of the Maha Mahopodhyaya award to the retired Sama Veda Pundit  Brahmarashi Sri Ganesan Shruti of TTD.
